Roddy McKenzie: QSM 1936 

A son of Hugh and Gladys McKenzie was the fourth generation to farm “Glen Orrin in the Wairarapa 1964.His son David taking over in 2006. Roddy has been very active in the community on both Masterton County Council and District Council. He played rugby for Wairarapa and was  Chairman, President, and selector; also a keen Rotarian. In 2011 Roddy was awarded the Queen's Service Medal.
